DLA Buyers:

No Terms and Conditions apply to DLA employees that are users of this Reverse Auction Pricing Tool.  The previous statement supersedes all previous Terms and Conditions between DLA employees and Procurex Inc. entered into through this Reverse Auction Pricing Tool.  Any changes to the Terms and Conditions can only be performed by the DLA Reverse Auction Contracting Officer.

DLA Suppliers:

You agree to all DLA existing contract terms for your solicitation and all FAR requirements and regulations are in force.
